🚴‍♂️Types of activities

Any fitness & wellness activity that you engage in-app will earn you chips. As we grow we will keep adding to these activity options but all are meant to make our community members healthier, stronger and live longer as a result, while having fun in the process.

For beta we are starting with high energy quick and fun 15-minute workouts. Some are live, some are pre-recorded but all are a blast and will make you sweat and burn.
